Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy is just like regular counselling and psychotherapy with the exception that it takes place outdoors, combining nature, movement and therapy. Many clients find it difficult to talk about painful issues face on so walking side by side provides a calmer experience to embrace therapy. Good weather, fresh air and movement are all added benefits to therapy.

Walk and talk therapy is available in around County Kildare. Some of the recommended areas are: Digby Bridge walk, Clane Liffey walk, Sallins Canal walk, Naas Old Railway walk, Curragh grounds, Killinthomas Woods, Donadea Forest Park. I can also come to a location of your choice.

The cost of a walk and talk therapy is €70 per session.
